Self paced flexible delivery since 1998
This training at both Nature Care and High Motivation Training Academy, in partnership with Zentium International, Alakhs’s training organisation was self paced, flexible delivery from 1998, with participants undertaking the units as they chose.

2011 – New format: now a 2 format choice for training for a qualification
With the five yearly reaccreditation process and the advancement of the process of accreditation in Australia over the years has come specialist and core competencies for accredited training programme modalities. Based on the understanding that all health care practitioners will need to be competent in areas like communicating with clients, working effectively in health, administer a practice and first aid for example the National Health Care training package was born. So with the breathwork re-accreditation process for Alakh in 2003, she added core competencies to the process and since 2005, Administering a practice and First aid were added to requisites for the qualification for Practitioner, and Contribute to Occupational Health and Safety, as well as other competencies that were embedded within the training anyway.

in 2011, with the third round of reaccreditation, OHS component has been upgraded and the training days or sessions increased from
36 face to face sessions to 40 theme and theory seminars and 38 personal breath sessions.

Accelerated training format
With the graduation of more than 25 qualified practitioners since 1998, the opportunity has been seen to offer another format for meeting the slightly longer face to face training and practical aspects. Participants can now under take accelerated training format and see qualified practitioners in their area for the extra personal breath sessions of 18 in number.
